Awesome and quick I stopped in to get a price on a lease for a QX60. Adam was fantastic. Did not mess around gave me some numbers and said come back when you are ready. This is what they say "Purchase and Exchange it within 7 days if you are not satisfied", it sounds too good to be true, doesn’t? Believe me it's real, it's neither a slogan nor a commercial but a truth. My wife purchased a Qx70 but she realized that it has less features than her first choice Qx60, three days later she exchanged it without questions asked, what a great experience!!!! Adam Murczek was my salesperson, he never pushed us, no hassle at all, I would call him a test drive instructor, he was explaining me the new features and how to use them step-by-step during my test drive so I knew most of these features before I read the manual. I never had a salesperson like Adam, most of sales guys just want you to purchase the vehicle [PERIOD], but Adam is an exception he wants you to decide and not him decides for you. I never owned an Infiniti and this is the first one and the beginning of my long term relationship with the Infiniti of Naperville and Adam. Before I showed up to pick up my car, I informed him of what I wanted and asked him to minimize the amount of time I would spend picking up my car. Sure enough, much of the work was already taken care of and I spent the minimal amount of time necessary to pick up my car. I am glad that everything went as he promised it would be and was able to drive my car home happily! More

Wonderful! I had a car leased from a different dealership and was looking to trade my car in early in order to get a new car. I was with my parents when they cam I had a car leased from a different dealership and was looking to trade my car in early in order to get a new car. I was with my parents when they came here to get their new car and Adam pointed me out to different cars that I would be interested in. I went in the next day and he was able to give me a deal on my car and was able to work with me on the car that I wanted.
