Unexpected Car Buying Experience Adam Murczek was absolutely terrific. He's patient and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I recently relocated to the US and purchased multiple vehicles for the family. Working with Adam was by far the best experience. I wish Adam and Infiniti was my fist stop as the other salesman in the industry need a lesson from him. Adam is unlike any other car salesman. From the beginning he was straightforward, answered all my questions without any pressure and games. I was completely comfortable with Adam and this purchase. Good Labor Day We went on Labor Day to Naperville Infiniti bracing ourself for another whole day on "neogotiations " when buying a car. A pleasant surprise! We decided to try one more dealer (and car salesman) so we fortunately went to Infinity of Naperville and were pleasantly and professionally greeted We decided to try one more dealer (and car salesman) so we fortunately went to Infinity of Naperville and were pleasantly and professionally greeted at the door by Adam Murczek. From that moment on, we knew we were at the right dealer and this car buying experience was different in that THIS car salesman was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He facilitated the smoothest transaction (we purchased a Certified Pre-Owned QX60) that we have ever experienced. Any problem or question was taken care of immediately.
