Less than a week later, my Jeep was delivered to me in California—detailed, full of gas, and exactly as described. During the final walkthrough, both Scott and the floor manager noticed two small issues (a tiny spider crack in the windshield and a nick on the fender), and both were fixed before shipping. The finance team also went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate and service contract, all while keeping me within my budget. I can’t recommend CBB enough! They guided me through several different financial options and supported my choices with specific details. I traveled from Camp Verde, during rush hour, and did not arrive until after 5pm. My original plan was to just look at the car and test-drive it, not purchase it. Once I realized that purchasing the vehicle was my best option, it was very late (past closing) by the time the transaction was completed. I apologized several times for keeping them after hours, and everyone was so gracious. This was the BEST experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. Not to mention that the car I drive is a beautiful, premium, and quality vehicle. Thanks to everyone that made this a stress-free, painless process. More

After we were comfortable moving forward, they even offered a free oil change and more importantly explained the affordable warranty extension - 4 years, bumper to bumper, so pretty much felt like getting the security of new car warranty. CBB was such a good buying experience it has been less than a week and I've already recommended a co-worker. More
