They bent over backwards to make sure that all of my concerns were met with professionalism, top-notch customer service and fair price for both the car I purchased and the one I traded in. I was greeted at the door by I was referred to Luther Brookdale Honda by someone very close to me and I have to say the experience I had was flawless! I was greeted at the door by Tanner and felt like he had me under his wing for the next several hours. I had never bought a "new" car before so I was nervous but excited at the same time and Tanner really helped me to feel comfortable about the process and I felt like he was really trying to help me, not just sell me a car to get the sale. Scott Kasprzak made an appearance several times too just to make sure everything was going well and that made me feel good, too. He is a family friend and really helped me out even though he didn't have to do that. Even the guy in finance, Adam Peterson, was great! I didn't spend nearly as much time with him as I did with Tanner but the little interaction we had was excellent. I felt like these guys really cared about me and I have a feeling that is hard to come by in the car dealership world. I will be recommending Luther Brookdale Honda to anyone and everyone I know that is looking to buy a car. SO PLEASED! Side note: I have a young son who was with me that day and luckily Luther Brookdale Honda has a little room with some toys and a TV to keep kids occupied. Things could have gotten a little crazy without that room! More

I lived in Shoreview, you can understand why I drive a long way to buy both CR-V from Brookdale Honda. I bought the car from Troy. He gave me the best price that I used it to compare to Maplewood Honda. They also have trade in promotion ($500) to deduct for some option package that you can use for your new car. More
