When there was a minor glitch Scott found a work around that we all could live with. He and Adam in financing were very accommodating with our young dog which we were grateful for. She made it clear over the phone that we were not interested in any of the extended warranties and asked a few questions of Chad. He was happy to answer them and when we showed up to test drive he had the car ready to go. The car was good and the price was right, so we made the purchase. I will admit that I was not looking forward to going into the finance office as they typically try to sell you every possible warranty 50 different ways, but the finance associate just verified that we understood the options and said, "I understand you aren't interested in these." I was shocked and greatly appreciated the fact that they both respected our desire and didn't play any games with us. We'll definitely consider them when we need to purchase another vehicle again. More

I'm reaching out to offer a commendation for Scott Ferguson. I was in your store yesterday to purchase a new Accord and was warmly welcomed by Scott. He was exceptionally knowledgeable despite only being at the dealership for a few months. I've purchased numerous new cars over the years and have been interacting with many dealers in the past few weeks. All of the dealers were trying to "sell" me versus how Scott was looking to put me in a car that fit my lifestyle, needs and price point. I'm in sales and nothing is more frustrating to me as to when my sales reps don't listen to the customer...Scott not only listened, he heard! Lastly, and probably most important, I had my 17 year old daughter in tow to learn about the car buying experience. Scott interacted with her and included her in the conversation, not just a kid with a parent. This was impressive and crucial to me as I don't believe making major life purchases are a part of high school curricula these days. Please ensure Scott is notified of my impressions and that it's people like him that make your dealership great. Lastly, Adam Peterson in financing was a well-oiled machine and took the pain out of that portion of the purchase, well organized and professional! More

He showed me the bells and whistle (which were many) and taught me how to set the car up to my preferences. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. We feel like we got a great deal with our trade in and were treated extremely well. Adam in finance was also very efficient and explained the numbers simply.
