Sorry for this delay and it being submitted so late, but we were dealing with illness in the family. Just wanted your dealership to know it was a pleasure to deal with, helped us find the vehicle right for we were dealing with illness in the family. Just wanted your dealership to know it was a pleasure to deal with, helped us find the vehicle right for us. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The issue that we have is that we waited quite a long time in-between sitting with Adam, going over the car and details and the signing of the papers to complete the sale. We’re not quite sure of the exact time we waited, but being Seniors, we were a little bit tired and hungry. Everything else went fine, but do believe the signing process could have been done a little more efficiently to avoid a long waiting period. Don’t get us wrong, we have and always have liked Heritage Toyota to work with and purchase our previous vehicles and also the purchase of our 2018 RAV 4 in October. We were especially pleased with Adam Safford, he did a tremendous job of finding the right vehicle to fit our needs. He absolutely was so knowledgeable about our RAV 4, and took the time to explain just about everything about the car and took the time to explain different options and answer our questions, even if they were repetitive, he did so with great patience. He even went the extra-mile to bring the car to our house so that I could see it and get to drive it. He let me drive it quite a bit around where we live, and was again, very patient. Then he assured me that it would fit in our smaller-size garage, by driving it in. He also took an ample amount of time explaining the options that accompany this car and then again at Heritage Toyota after we signed the necessary papers and assured us that we could call him anytime if we still had any questions. He also called us home to check on how we were doing and how we liked our new vehicle. He was a great salesman and was able to offer us a lot of information concerning our RAV 4. We would, indeed deal with Heritage Toyota again if needed to in the future, as we consider them a reputable dealership and would also request Adam Safford to help us to find the right vehicle, if needed again. Adam was amazing, our interaction was FLAW-LESS from start to finish!! We walked out with our new car in 90 minutes. Adam went out his his way to help drive my car home so we could drive off with our ne start to finish!! We walked out with our new car in 90 minutes. We did not visit Herritage Toyota to purchase a car on Friday. From the minute we met Adam, he was professional and knowledgeable.
