I had a great experience with Adam, he took the time with a very informative test drive and was able to answer all my questions/concerns. Follow-up communication was also excellent, the dealership is 2 hours a very informative test drive and was able to answer all my questions/concerns. Follow-up communication was also excellent, the dealership is 2 hours from my home but I chose to purchase from Heritage. Lastly, after purchasing, Adam, spent time after hours to walk me thru all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and make sure my connectivity was all working. I really appreciated the personal touch, it does make a difference. The finance process was also seamless and a pleasant experience. More
