I had numerous questions about the 2018 year model Q7 and she never tried any pressure tactics, she showed an excellent knowledge and expertise about Audi cars and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. And in the end I decided to drive almost 150 miles from Columbus to Ft. Wayne mainly because of the great experience I had in interacting with Dyan. Needless to say, she followed up with us the next day to make sure we got home okay (we left Ft. Wayne at dusk) and to see if we had any other questions about our new Audi. I hadn't bought a car in 15 years, this time around I am single, would I be taken seriously and respectfully as a professional or would I get the "let me tell you what you want little lady" story from the sales or finance team? From the first visit until delivery, John always greeted me with enthusiasm - even after we had talked 10 times about the same car and he had answered my 100th question about the lease, the features, the warranty, the tires, the color, etc - and I never felt like he was pressuring me or questioning my intellect when I am pretty sure I asked at least one dumb question. There were a few moments during the price negotiations where I wasn't sure we would be able to come together but all worked out beautifully in the end, thanks to John. More
