Out-of-state purchase of a CPO 2019 Porsche Cayenne I am from Castle Pines, CO. I found the CPO 2019 Porsche Cayenne at O'Daniel Porsche through an online search. My first contact at the dealership wa I am from Castle Pines, CO. I found the CPO 2019 Porsche Cayenne at O'Daniel Porsche through an online search. My first contact at the dealership was Griffin Melton. Because I was considering the purchase of the car sight unseen, I had many questions for Griffin and the Sales Manager, Aaron Warner. Griffin was very responsive to the many questions I had and Griffin sent various photos and videos to satisfy my questions. Delivery of the car was delayed due to mechanical problems on the first scheduled carrier and then due to scheduling problems relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although delayed, the car arrived in perfect condition and I love it! The entire buying experience took about five weeks, from initial contact on 02/22/20 to delivery of the car in CO on 03/27/20. Both sides got frustrated a couple of times and Aaron calmed me down. One disadvantage to buying out-of-state was that the usual delivery of the car at the dealership was not possible. I am having to learn the car's features either online or through communications with Porsche Cars North America. Griffin has followed-up a couple of times to see how things are going. More

I had numerous questions about the 2018 year model Q7 and she never tried any pressure tactics, she showed an excellent knowledge and expertise about Audi cars and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. And in the end I decided to drive almost 150 miles from Columbus to Ft. Wayne mainly because of the great experience I had in interacting with Dyan. Needless to say, she followed up with us the next day to make sure we got home okay (we left Ft. Wayne at dusk) and to see if we had any other questions about our new Audi. From the first visit until delivery, John always greeted me with enthusiasm - even after we had talked 10 times about the same car and he had answered my 100th question about the lease, the features, the warranty, the tires, the color, etc - and I never felt like he was pressuring me or questioning my intellect when I am pretty sure I asked at least one dumb question. There were a few moments during the price negotiations where I wasn't sure we would be able to come together but all worked out beautifully in the end, thanks to John. More
