The Subaru team at Dean Team truly went above and beyond. The actual purchase process that we all dread was not as expected. No high pressure to buy a bunch of things you do not need or want. Everyone was great to deal with. By the way this is the seventh Subaru we have purchased. The first at this dealership. The rest were from another State. We also have had great treatment by their service department with our two Subaru's we own. More

I thought we were just shopping, but Adam and Tony found out exactly wh My husband and I bought a subaru crosstrek hybrid from dean team last weekend. I thought we were just shopping, but Adam and Tony found out exactly what we wanted/ could afford from a new car and helped us until we had the perfect car (and payment) for our family. Adam treated us like friends and showed us how to utilize all the awesome features the crosstrek has to offer. And when we were in love with the car but didn't think we could afford it, Adam and Tony worked with the numbers until we were all happy. I highly recommend going to the dean team for an excellent customer first experience!! More

After purchasing cars over the years, it was a real pleasure to work with Adam. He know his cars, inside out. He has a friendly and outgoing personality, and is not "pushy" in terms of negotiating a contract for purchase. Great sense of humor, very helpful. All in all, the best car purchase we've ever made. We will definitely be back as "repeat" customers. More

I was extremely impressed with friendliness of the entire staff. The sales rep I worked with was James Becker, who was knowledgeable of the entire Subaru line and was able to answer all of my questions rega staff. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, James made himself available to me and a few other customers. James introduced several different extended warranty and service options, without the undue pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. I would rate my buying experience at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagon as the best I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I will probably stop there first when I'm ready buy my next one. More
