It's been over 30 yrs. since I last purchased a used car so I Adam was true to his promise to provide me a "Hassle-free vehicle purchase experience." It's been over 30 yrs. since I last purchased a used car so I was somewhat hesitant to make the purchasing decision. Adam was very patient, followed up with me a month after our initial email exchange, allowed me to do my research and even let me drive the vehicle home to determine if it would fit in my garage. The only downside to my experience (which Adam had nothing to do with) was the posting listed equipment which the car didn't have. Certainly wasn't a big enough issue to keep me from making a deal. Car buying made easy Did a lot of pre-work online before visiting the Dean Team. Wasn't 100% sure I wanted an Outback but after 1 visit discussing it with Adam Smith and a Did a lot of pre-work online before visiting the Dean Team. Wasn't 100% sure I wanted an Outback but after 1 visit discussing it with Adam Smith and a test ride, I decided it was just the car I wanted. Adam quoted me a price that I knew was fair. Got a little less for my trade in than I expected and had to go elsewhere for the extended warranty. But other than that, very happy with the sales process. Tony Wright jumped in to help when the car was delivered. He took us for a ride and made sure we knew how to operate the vehicle. The car is absolutely loaded with all the technical bells & whistles so it really helped. Recommend the Dean Team when you are ready to buy your new Subaru. And absolutely recommend the Outback loaded with all the options! More

A Pleasant Experence! A few months ago my wife and I stopped at Dean Team to look at Foresters and Outbacks. We were assisted by Adam Smith. Although were not ready to make a purchase, he showed us several models and answered many questions. In subsequent weeks, we received occasional non-pressure calls from Adam to see if we had additional questions, After Christmas we were ready to make a purchase and again visited Dean Team. After Adam showed us a few vehicles and answered our questions, we selected a vehicle we wanted, were offered a fair price, and purchased it. This was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle. More

Our 2011 Legacy was a great but our new Legacy is much better. Adam is a man of his word. All my concerns were handled up front and everything he told me came to pass. He even met us on his day off to close our deal. He represents your Brand and Dealership very well. He was knowledgeable and seem to be excited when he explained all of the features of this model. The delivery process could have been a little more efficient and organized, but otherwise our experience was a good one.
