They over charged me $2500 for the service I received. I'd bought 2 new trucks & have had them serviced there for the past 12 years & they do not care about the customer, only how much money they can get I'd bought 2 new trucks & have had them serviced there for the past 12 years & they do not care about the customer, only how much money they can get out of you. this is the last time I'll ever be in that dealership. The service invoice included "Lubricated Chassis". I know my vehicle has no grease fittings, so I asked the nature of "lubricated chassis". The answer: actually no chassis lubrication; it's just put I know my vehicle has no grease fittings, so I asked the nature of "lubricated chassis". The answer: actually no chassis lubrication; it's just put on there as standard description. This appears unethical because it creates the illusion of more service than was actually accomplished.
