They over charged me $2500 for the service I received. The service invoice included "Lubricated Chassis". I know my vehicle has no grease fittings, so I asked the nature of "lubricated chassis". The answer: actually no chassis lubrication; it's just put I know my vehicle has no grease fittings, so I asked the nature of "lubricated chassis". The answer: actually no chassis lubrication; it's just put on there as standard description. This appears unethical because it creates the illusion of more service than was actually accomplished.
