When you pick up your loaner car from Pinebelt while my truck is getting a new transmission and take Kyle Silversmith and Sheri Silversmith with you, you also have to check out the showroom. Adam was our sales person and we are satisfied with the process. We were kind of shocked though at the value we got for the trade in on my 2016 Equinox which I had bought used in 2018. The carfax report showed in had been in a significant accident and no one told me that when I bought it. It killed the trade in value. It would have been an issue selling it privately as well so we took our lumps and did the deal. This is our sixth GM vehicle. More

Adam was very good with my wife and I. He took his time explaining the vehicle to us. My only disappointment was the amount of money I had to shell out before receiving the vehicle. I had just made a $319 car payment several days before getting the new vehicle. I had called my previous finance company and they said the new dealer would be responsible for making good on a reimbursement. Didn’t happen!!! More
