They are going through a remodel so I shouldn't judge them too harshly. The location to take my vehicle for service was not clearly marked. I had to ask someone where to go. The were no working restrooms in the building, but did have port-a-jons and restrooms in the other buildings. I did like my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had. I felt like he did what he could to make stay there as pleasant as possible, and make my wait time as minimal as possible. More

I needed a new key fob for my car and it was super easy to get an appointment scheduled the next day. When I went in to get it done, everyone was helpful and my service technician gave me several updates w to get an appointment scheduled the next day. When I went in to get it done, everyone was helpful and my service technician gave me several updates while I was waiting, which was greatly appreciated. There was coffee and hot chocolate, and plenty of places to sit while waiting. I also appreciated that they were able to fix my old key, allowing me to have two keys, when I only expected to have one. I had a great experience! More
