Always Best In Class Service I now have 4 1/2 years experience with the Tynan's Nissan Service Department. This organization is 100% consistent when it comes to delivering a great I now have 4 1/2 years experience with the Tynan's Nissan Service Department. This organization is 100% consistent when it comes to delivering a great product for the service customer. I find myself repeating my reviews because Tynan's Nissan Service Department is always top notch each and every time I'm there for vehicle service. The phone call to Luke Clearwater is always easy and he understands what I'm trying to say about my Xterra. When I show up, Luke and his guys are completely prepared for my appointment. The check-in process is a breeze. I also notice that my vehicle is gone into a service bay less than 5 minutes after I start checking in with Luke. That is fast!! I'm amazed how accurate Luke is with his time estimate for my appointment. And I don't mean a 5 hour estimate for what I know is 2 hour job. So, I get a reasonable time estimate, and then the service department goes to work and nearly always beats the completion estimate. And by the way, they're not rushing the work to meet the time estimate. How do I know? I never have to return the Xterra because the job was rushed. These guys do the repair/service correctly the first time. And I need to mention that the entire Service Writer crew and staff in the Service Department are always courteous and genuinely friendly. They all do a lot to lessen the hassle of taking a vehicle in for service. I could visit another Nissan dealership much closer to my home, and save about 15 miles driving versus Tynan's Nissan. But I drive those extra miles because the Tynan's experience is just worth it. More

Poor service We paid for our tire to be repaired and they did only part of it. We took it back in but they refused to complete the repair of the tire. They also took our valve stem off our chrome rims and replace them with green cheap ones. More

It's the small things that really matter Overall I found the service professional and helpful all the way from initial contact, through scheduling, drop-off, estimate, and pick-up. My car was ready when promised...BUT the service technician did not protect my floor matt and left a huge, oily boot print on my floor matt. Great Customer Service I scheduled my automotive work on the phone with Adnan Hassan. He was courteous and very friendly. When I brought the truck into the shop, he greete I scheduled my automotive work on the phone with Adnan Hassan. He was courteous and very friendly. When I brought the truck into the shop, he greeted me and got all of the paperwork finished up. Then when I came to pick up the truck he had located coupon to apply to the bill. Of course, the automotive diagnostic/repair work was excellent, but Adnan's customer service made me feel like the Tynan's really values me as a customer. Nice job everyone!!! More
