Well I took my Rogue in for a free oil change because I bought a warranty when I purchased the vehicle. I was told I was in need of 4 other services, and I had them do the transmission fluid and the coolan bought a warranty when I purchased the vehicle. I was told I was in need of 4 other services, and I had them do the transmission fluid and the coolant. After leaving the dealership I noticed 3 long scratches down my passenger doors. And then noticed one deep short scratch on the drivers side. I have an appointment to take the vehicle back so they can fix it, but that’s not until next week, and I didn’t really want to spend my day off going to the dealership a week later. I also hate seeing the scratches. I wasn’t even aware they were doing a complimentary car wash, which would have been nice had I not received complimentary scratches to go with it. This is only my second time beringing my car here, and to be honest, I don’t feel that comfortable returning. And unless they actually fix the scratches I may see if I can get refunded on the after market warranty I purchased for $3,400.00 More
