The reservation system for scheduling service, for example, does not let customers know that the EV technician doesn’t work on Saturdays at this particular dealership. I made a Saturday reservation for my Leaf two weeks ahead of time but didn’t find out about the lack of an EV technician until I was already driving in on Saturday morning to drop my car off. It seems to me that this information could easily be conveyed on the website when a reservation is being made. More
