I have always loved coming here because they’re so nice. But this time just felt different. They were really busy which isn’t their fault, but they were giving only 1/2 effort honestly. I needed the wheel lock for my car and they said it was extremely specific to my car and they gave me the wrong one which I paid 20$ for and they won’t give me my money back. They said it would be discounted on my next service but typically my car doesn’t need any servicing and I paid for 7 oil changes so I’m not going to get that 20$ back. More
