From Sales to Service I have only had professional and personalized service. I recently purchased a 2019 Audi A7 which was a custom order from the factory in Germany. I was kept informed of the progress of the build, shipping milestones, through customs and port entry all the way up to delivery. My Sales Specialist Jay Levy is a well-informed no-pressure professional whose only aim is to get you the car you want - we all know from prior experiences purchasing a car can be fraught with uncertainty, high pressure and mis-direction. There is absolutely none of that at Burlington Audi. More

The staff is absolutely wonderful to deal with from the top down. I consider Adnan a friend at this point and we have very candid conversations about the cars. Peter Matton was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the new E-tron and Sven Curkic is very pleasant to work with too (I bought my last car from him and he was since promoted). It is this great service that keeps me coming back. More

Engages in bad business practice I purchased my first Audi from Herb Chambers in May of 2018. It is a NEW 2018 A6 3.0 Premium Plus. I noticed the right rear door had two bubbles protr I purchased my first Audi from Herb Chambers in May of 2018. It is a NEW 2018 A6 3.0 Premium Plus. I noticed the right rear door had two bubbles protruding outward and there was paint peeling along the internal structure of the door directly below the bubbles. I took several pictures and immediately called Herb Chambers. After sending pictures to several staff, I asked to speak to the general manager. The general manager was on vacation and I was given the sales manager (Chris). He hung up on me after I explained that I was sold a car with defects and he accused me of blaming herb chambers and told me to call Audi USA. He was the rudest individual I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. Audi USA told me to bring it back to herb chambers to be inspected and it was determined that it was a manufacturers defect. I asked herb chambers for a replacement or to do a buy back. Herb chambers was unwilling to work with me and do the right thing. They kept telling me to deal with Audi USA. This went on for over 2 months. Back and forth and no one accepting responsibility. I was given no other recourse of action but the allow herb chambers to fix my new car. They even sent a paintless dent repair guy out to my house that was not authorized by Audi USA. No one should have to get a NEW car fixed. Herb Chambers never disclosed the defects in the vehicle to me. My new car is now significantly devalued. Herb Chambers engages in unfair deceptive business practices. They should have taken the car back instead of forced me to get it fixed. It's not good customer service. Apparently they do not car about customer satisfaction and creating a long relationship with a new audi buyer. I will never buy another car from Herb Chambers again and will not recommend them to anyone! More
