She took pictures and it was sent to managment for review they couldnt help me but said i must of hit something (i would know if i hit something especially on a newer car) and there was nothing they could do (apprently newer civic hatchbacks have this problem, bad design). I just felt like they wouldnt help me unless i threw a fit. They have good service but little compassion. More
