However the first and only experience I have ever had with Honda of Columbia is the best new car buying experience I have ever had. It still has the back and forth with the sales manager you never see and the sales guy running back and forth like he is on your side and all but overall it was positive. Adrian the sales guy was very helpful and even had the service department put the new car on the rack so I could look underneath before buying. Very helpful, answered all my questions, and we settled on a price and signed the papers. The finance told me the offers, I picked one and that was it. No pressure to buy something I didn't want or need. So far, the ONLY car dealer I would recommend. More

Car buying can be a pressuring thing as a whole but I never really felt that way at this dealership. I never wanted to be pushed into anything that I wasn't ready for and I can assure you that this never happened here. It was rather a presentation of inventory and we just talked about what was going to fit my budget and taste. I was very pleased with my experience here and I would highly recommend shopping here for anyone looking for a good Honda and great customer service. More

Repeat CR-V Customer I went in for an oil change for my 2007 CR-V; however, I was interested in a newer CR-V. While I was getting my car serviced, I went to look at cars. I went in for an oil change for my 2007 CR-V; however, I was interested in a newer CR-V. While I was getting my car serviced, I went to look at cars. NO salesperson approached me. While I was sitting outside waiting on my car, again NO ONE even spoke to me. I finally did an online inquiry for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Within 10 minutes, Adrian called me and came outside to greet me. Adrian was the ultimate professional. Even though I was familiar with the CR-V, he insisted on telling me all about the vehicle and the recent upgrades. Adrian was very hospitable while we waited for Steve's offer. Adrian turned a potential negative experience into a positive one. Had he not contacted me, I would NOT have purchased a vehicle and Honda would have lost an "easy" sale. This was my second CR-V purchase. I already knew what I wanted and just needed the right person to make the sale. Thanks to Adrian because he made it happen. More

I called several dealers with questions about the honda I was going to purchase for my son, all I started my search for a new vehicle on the internet. I called several dealers with questions about the honda I was going to purchase for my son, all but one made me feel I was wasting their time over the phone. Adrian Nedelea not only helped me during his working hours, he also went out of his way on his day off, making calls and getting answers to my questions. My son and I arrived at the dealership a week later and the car was everything Adrian said it was. I purchased the vehicle and within two hours we were driving the new honda home.
