Repeat CR-V Customer I went in for an oil change for my 2007 CR-V; however, I was interested in a newer CR-V. While I was getting my car serviced, I went to look at cars. I went in for an oil change for my 2007 CR-V; however, I was interested in a newer CR-V. While I was getting my car serviced, I went to look at cars. NO salesperson approached me. While I was sitting outside waiting on my car, again NO ONE even spoke to me. I finally did an online inquiry for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Within 10 minutes, Adrian called me and came outside to greet me. Adrian was the ultimate professional. Even though I was familiar with the CR-V, he insisted on telling me all about the vehicle and the recent upgrades. Adrian was very hospitable while we waited for Steve's offer. Adrian turned a potential negative experience into a positive one. Had he not contacted me, I would NOT have purchased a vehicle and Honda would have lost an "easy" sale. This was my second CR-V purchase. I already knew what I wanted and just needed the right person to make the sale. Thanks to Adrian because he made it happen. More

I called several dealers with questions about the honda I was going to purchase for my son, all I started my search for a new vehicle on the internet. I called several dealers with questions about the honda I was going to purchase for my son, all but one made me feel I was wasting their time over the phone. Adrian Nedelea not only helped me during his working hours, he also went out of his way on his day off, making calls and getting answers to my questions. My son and I arrived at the dealership a week later and the car was everything Adrian said it was. I purchased the vehicle and within two hours we were driving the new honda home. Couldn't ask for a better experience. First off let me say we knew from the beginning that this dealership was different. We walked around for 10-15 minutes before someone contacted us. We First off let me say we knew from the beginning that this dealership was different. We walked around for 10-15 minutes before someone contacted us. We were fine with that since my wife and I don't like being pressured. This is when we first met Adrian our sale rep. We told him what vehicle we wanted to look at and he immediately went got us the keys and took our info and handed us the keys and said have fun. He didn't ride with us as we test drove it and had time to talk about the vehicle. When we got back he greeted us and talk with us a bit and then we started talking numbers from there. After setting on a OTD price we started the buying process. The process was very easy and that's when we met Steve. Steve was another easy person to talk to and work with. He was the one we dealt with all the finance stuff with. After all the paperwork and the car getting cleaned and detailed we had one last thing to do. Full the vehicle up with gas. Adrian rode with me over to the gas station and gave us our first tank of gas. From there I dropped him off and away we went. This was my second time ever buying a vehicle and we are extremely excited about owning a Honda now. Honda of Columbia made this experience easy and very relaxing. NO PRESSURE AT ALL!! It was worth that over an hour drive to see/buy a vehicle. Thank you Adrain and Steve for everything. More

As we were comparing Toyotas and Hondas we came in several times to look at the cars. Each time Adrian was helpful and friendly to work with.
