Purchased a used 2018 CRV. Adrian was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and it's options. Johnny in Finance explained all th Adrian was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and it's options. Johnny in Finance explained all the financial options as far as Gap insurance and some of the other things that pop up later on in a deal and was completely transparent and didn't pressure me to get anything that I didn't want. Both Adrian and Johnny were great and I can't think of anything either of them could have done better. More
