I've been coming here since 2015 with both of my chevys. The one problem i have is it just takes to long to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks to schedule an oil change is ridiculous. Byron has always been great when i come for an oil change Need more techs or at least more doing the smaller things like an oil change. But this is how you lose customers, you can go down the street for the same service in 30 mins. Small issue. I have multiple cars so I can always wait for the appointment but others may not be able to. But, overall, love the dealership. Just hire more techs More
