Dwight was a nice guy, but didn't finish the deal with him because he wasn't working the next day. Plus, he told me over the phone there would be no wiggle room on the vehicle and that other people were i him because he wasn't working the next day. Come to find out the next day the gas tank was exactly at 14 miles left right where it was when I test drove the vehicle. Dwayne was smooth! Adrienne was great and very nice. The reason for the four stars is one the try and force you to get the auto butler ($399.00) and icon (lo jack) for $699.00. Was told they come with the vehicle, was able to get the auto butler out of the deal. In hind sight should have gotten the icon off there two, after looking at the app it's nothing special and not worth the money (kind of felt cheated there). The other issue, I was an out of state buyer. I really felt like I didn't need to pay the almost $1000.00 AZ registration and licensing fees knowing I would have to pay those in CA too. Don't know if I would buy another car there or not, if I do I will definitely not allow those extra charges next time. More
