Unprofessional, missed appointments, and zero integrity for remote business buyers . Absolute zero professionalism and a total lack of basic transaction velocity for out-of-state corporate buyers. I connec for remote business buyers . Absolute zero professionalism and a total lack of basic transaction velocity for out-of-state corporate buyers. I connected with the internet sales department regarding a 2021 Nissan Armada. As a highly focused business buyer prepared to purchased the vehicle., I requested direct information and attempted to scheduled FaceTime video walk around with their representative. Not only did the sales representative completely blow past the scheduled appointment window without providing a single word of communication or follow-up, Next days I submitted another request for the walk around but the dealership representative completely ignored me. Dealer then completely pulled the vehicle's public data feed offline. I then get a follow up email "claiming" the truck was sold the day before yesterday when I was speaking to the rep about the truck and sharing photos. If you are a remote, corporate, or out-of-state buyer looking for transparency, a reliable communication structure, and professional integrity, stay far away from this lot. They rely on classic, low-tier dealer games and standard delay tactics. Completely unacceptable business practices. More

5 stars – Best car buying experience I've ever had! We live 3 hours away and found our 2021 Jeep Gladiator online. Our salesman Dwayne was outstanding – on our drive down he sent the Carfax, pricing, a We live 3 hours away and found our 2021 Jeep Gladiator online. Our salesman Dwayne was outstanding – on our drive down he sent the Carfax, pricing, and photos we requested without us having to ask twice. He met us outside with water, was upfront about a second key situation, and when we noticed a sound system issue on the test drive he had it diagnosed immediately and offered to handle the repairs and deliver the Jeep to us. We mentioned we needed it for an upcoming vacation and they made it happen. Dwayne always had an answer, and if he didn't, he found someone who did. The whole team went above and beyond. Highly recommend Henry Brown GMC! More
