I came to Grand Subaru having visited couple of dealerships already. Right through the door the staff was friendly and Matt did an awesome job on day one itself. I was tied between the forester and dealerships already. Right through the door the staff was friendly and Matt did an awesome job on day one itself. I was tied between the forester and outback, Matt encouraged me to try both to get a feel for both the cars (I even ended up test driving the ascent - even though that wasn't what I was looking for). Eventually I decided on the forester but the sports trim wasn't available at the showroom and was goin to arrive in a few days, I looked around at other dealerships and found a model that I liked, when I approached Matt that I was getting the car early and at a better rate with the other dealership, Matt was able to price match the offer and even got the car transferred over without any additional cost. Even on the day of the purchase he wasn't like typical car salesperson you usually hear about, he did offer me the service package but wasn't pushy at all and honored my decision (I didn't take the deal). Overall, it was a much more pleasurable purchase than I had anticipated. Would very likely visit the place in the future. More
