My name is Mike and I recently signed off on a 2021 Forester lease with Afiza and it was a great experience. To start off, I conducted a ton of research on the midsize SUV sector which started in early January. Afiza reached out to give me options regarding the turn of my current lease. From my initial visit to the dealership, I found that Afiza created a no pressure atmosphere. She is deeply knowledgeable with the product and was readily available to answer any questions I had as I was comparing the new 2021 models to the competition. There were plenty of times over the course of my intense 4-month research process that Afiza could have used the typical phrase “what can we do to get you in the vehicle today” but she did not which is refreshing in today’s purchase environment. As I was still on the fence on making a decision between a couple of vehicles Afiza took down my preferred color and trim and was able to assist me with reserving the vehicle so I could make the purchase on a time that fit my schedule. On the day of the purchase I spent nearly the entire day with Afiza on negotiating price and she was very patient and willing to work with me to achieve the monthly lease payment I was looking for. Even after a long sale /lease process Afiza was willing to give me a walk through with the features of my new vehicle which I gladly accepted and it was very helpful. I would recommend Afiza if you want a no pressure buying experience. More

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Today is Friday. I went there earlier this week to check prices. I was given a "Costco" members price for the vehicle and my trade in. Yesterday, Thursday, I Friday. I went there earlier this week to check prices. I was given a "Costco" members price for the vehicle and my trade in. Yesterday, Thursday, I asked the sales person to confirm prices. I received an email confirming price of vehicle and trade in value of my car in the afternoon. In the evening, only a few hours later, I received another email. It said that effective immediately they were no longer doing Costco prices because of a chip shortage. The new price is +$3,000 more! You didn't know this a few hours ago? I truly believe this was a bait and switch. The sales person was amazed that I didn't want the car. She kept blaming Costco. Unbelievable!! I recommend that this dealership be monitored. More

We were avoiding the nearly 3 hour drive to buy a new-to-us car, but after interacting with Afiza over the phone and text we knew the drive would be worth it! The car we purchased is more than we hop new-to-us car, but after interacting with Afiza over the phone and text we knew the drive would be worth it! We made it home in time to get a full night of sleep and get to work on time the next day. Plus, we drove home with a full tank of gas :) More
