The dealership and Amazon did not come to an agreement on the invoice amount and instead of finding a compromise, she kept complaining and was rude and unprofessional when I requested an update through our created group text in what’s up. I am very unsatisfied with her customer service and her inability to resolve a simple issue! She was jeopardizing this relationship and the dealership’s credibility for just a few hundreds dollars. I receive great service and was very happy with that. I was told I had an air bag recall, they performed the recall and 2 weeks later I had an Airbag light on my dash. They now want over 600 dollars to repair on a 2007 car !
