We were recommended this dealership by one DSP. Melinda was helpful at first a she was presented as someone who’s knowledgeable about Amazon fleet mechanic program. The dealership and Amazon did not come to an agreement on the invoice amount and instead of finding a compromise, she kept complaining and was rude and unprofessional when I requested an update through our created group text in what’s up. I am very unsatisfied with her customer service and her inability to resolve a simple issue! She was jeopardizing this relationship and the dealership’s credibility for just a few hundreds dollars. I receive great service and was very happy with that.
