Made an appointment online for factory recall work and provided the recall information. Spoke with the service manager the morning of the appointment to confirm they have the correct airbags in stock. He provided the recall information. Spoke with the service manager the morning of the appointment to confirm they have the correct airbags in stock. He confirmed they had them and it would take 2-2.5hrs to replace both airbags. After 3.5 hrs in the waiting room the technician came out and said they were almost done. An hour later the service manager came out and inform me they were done but they only replaced 1 airbag because they didn’t have the second airbag in stock and they would order it. Very disappointing since I called to confirm the parts were in stock as well as it took half a day to replace only one airbag. More
