Poor communication by staff with customers. Agustin was nice but I was passed off to different staff members without knowing their name. Based on "upselling", what we do is we advise you of services that are factory required maintenance that is directed by the manufacturer based on time and mileage. It is your choice if you want to maintain your vehicle. We apologize for the mix up with the cashier. We have addressed the concern.
