Adam was great! I showed interest in the car and he reached out to me immediately. We talked about financing and I told him I would be there within an hour to look a I showed interest in the car and he reached out to me immediately. We talked about financing and I told him I would be there within an hour to look at the car. Upon arrival he had the car out and ready to drive. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. Now the only issue is what should have been maybe an hour or less once we had the financing in hand turned out to be approximately 2-3 hours which was unacceptable in my opinion. However, Adam did everything he could to get the finance department to get going and get the paperwork signed. The redemption with the dealership was a problem had with the vehicle once I arrived home and they did everything possible to resolve the issue within a timely manner. More
