I had a fantastic experience working with Adam at eCarOne. I arrived unannounced at opening time to test drive a couple electric vehicles that I was interested in buying and was able to be on a test eCarOne. I ended up seeing a car on the lot (a Mustang Mach-e in sunburst yellow) that unexpectedly caught my eye and decided to test drive it as well. I decided that would be my choice and the whole purchase process was very low stress and easy. I was out the door as soon as my wire transfer had funded. More

If you see something you like, look at it, drive it, buy it. Pretty transparent process. Sales team on the front end very chill and helpful. If you have your own financing or don’t live in Texas, don’t bother with this place, they don’t want out of state business. I was ready to buy a car from them and hand picked it from them, first I said I don’t bother with this place, they don’t want out of state business. I was ready to buy a car from them and hand picked it from them, first I said I already have financing set up and they will not let you buy from them unless you’re paying with cash or finance with them so they can get the extra kickbacks from the banks. So I agreed. to do a credit application over the phone and they supposedly had some appointments that hadn’t even shown up yet on the vehicle which they don’t even know if they are going to show up so they told me that those people that haven’t even shown up yet take priority over me who was ready to buy and leave a deposit if necessary, which they don’t take deposits which I understand. Way to treat us out of state folks, there are too many dealerships out there with the same vehicle to treat people this way, hope your appointments don’t show up!!!! More

My purchase from eCarOne was amazing, from start to finish. Paul treated me with kindness and respect during the entire process, and answered the many questions I had without complaint. I was avoidant to car dealerships due to how pushy the sales people can be, but eCarOne are definitely different in that regard. They truly are a “haggle free” dealership.
