Mr. Carter, We’re truly disappointed to read this review, especially considering the long-standing relationship we've built over the course of ten vehicle purchases. You've always been a valued client, and we’ve consistently gone above and beyond to provide the highest level of service — including white glove treatment for both you and your wife during your most recent visit. That said, we do want to set the record straight. At no point were you ignored or dismissed. In fact, we clearly communicated that we would be happy to take care of the service in question, and we asked that you return the vehicle to us so we could do just that. Instead, the vehicle was taken to an outside facility without our involvement, and a bill was later submitted to us for reimbursement — which is not how our service process works or has ever worked. As for the update you posted on 3/21/25 stating that we never contacted you — that is simply inaccurate. We’ve had multiple conversations with you regarding this matter. While we respect your decision not to expect anything further, we want to be clear that this situation did not stem from a lack of follow-through on our part, but rather a breakdown in alignment on how service would be handled. Despite this, we still value your business and the history we’ve shared. If there’s ever a time you’re open to moving forward, our door remains open. Sincerely, eCarOne Management Team
