Toyota care is a scam. There’s no care for the car in the first 2 years or 25,000 miles- first oil change is not accomplished until 10,000 miles. That makes no sense. They basically did nothing for me on this visit other than inspect a brand new car and state it was good. What a waste of time! They could have at least told me on the phone when I made the appointment that they weren’t doing anything. I could have skipped the whole experience More

Purchasing/Leasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience but Howie takes all the stress out of it and makes a complex process very simple and stressless. I had a not so great experience during my visit yesterday. Maybe salesman was nice at the beginning. He showed me the car I want to test drive.
