The experience would not have been so terrible if they didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and i didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and it still took 8 hours to buy the car. After some great negotiation, I was able to remove the $1500 "non-mandatory" charge for extra specs I didn't ask for but they applied anyway. I am very happy with the car I chose to purchase, but I am disappointed with Honda. After I get home, the finance office called me because they made a mistake and needed to charge me more taxes, even though all the paperwork was already signed by both parties. After over an hour in the phone, they increased my payment so that it was over my budget and also moved up my first payment date by over 2 weeks without telling me. More

Ahmed was very helpful and good with explaining things.
