I was sold a car with a nail in its tire, I filled the air the night I left the dealership. I called my salesman about the tire a few days later because I had to keep refilling the air. He referred me to servicing and but I got turned around, they told me it would be 2 hours until I could be seen without an appointment and it was likely they would not be able to get to me that afternoon to patch the tire. So I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and the service was awful. It took two hours with an appointment to patch my tire and I received no updates. I also feel I should have gotten a new tire because it was sold to me with a nail, but I did not have to pay for the patch. More

I was very pleased with the customer service! I only have two complaints about my experience. I spun the wheel and won $20 cash and they have not given it to me in person or via mail yet. Still waiting and I bought the car almost two weeks ago. And secondly, the dealership only gave me 2k for incentives with a 19k trade-in and 7k down payment. They didn't even match their online incentive which states 4k online. They could have done better with what they offered given that I am a repeat customer with great credit! Other than that, Jimmy is great! Best sales person I have ever worked with at any dealership. He literally helped me find my dream car! I'd recommend him to anyone. More
