Long wait times which is understandable due to high demand but employees seemed annoyed when asked for help. It took 3 trips to the dealer to finish deal. First night was showed cars but then was told demand but employees seemed annoyed when asked for help. It took 3 trips to the dealer to finish deal. First night was showed cars but then was told someone else would come help as initial person helping us had to go but no one ever came so we left. Made appointment and came back on another date, when I returned I was there for about 3 hours only to be told car I was being sold couldn’t be found and I would have to come back again to sign papers. Whole process was messy, numbers didn’t match when reviewing payments made a comment about this and employee seemed upset only for him to walk back to financing and then come back and say they were mistakingly charging and extra $3500 in taxes. Came back third night and waited over to hours to meet with finance to close deal, when initially was told it would be tops a 30min process. Definitely would not recommend SouthBay Hyundai. Only person who had great attitude and seemed willing to help was Omar, every encounter with him was a pleasure and he wasn’t even the person helping me throughout this process. More
