I was lucky that Aiyad Ahmed was the car dealer specialist who helped me purchase a certiffied used 2021 Highlander. I did not expect to buy a car from Suburban Toyota that day. I made an appointment to browse what used car Highlander or Sienna available.When I came in , my sister, niece and I were met by a very pleasant and welcoming Ahmed . He showed the available cars on the computer, description and prices of the car and then he showed me the 2021 Highlander Limited which looked new , very clean, neat and beautiful inside. He showed all the features of the car inside and outside, its electronic features and remote controls and he emphasized its advantages over the Higlander SLE.e Higlander SLE I immediately fell in love with it and immediately said I will get it.When he told me of the offer that I can get the car even without downpayment or whateve I can put down while waiting for the settlement cost of my accidentally damaged 2015 Sienna the more I got attracted and without any hesitation I said yes. I even forgot to negotiate with the price. He then showed how to use and operate the car that is comfortable to me. Aiyad helped me throughout in getting the financing plan thru the finance department represented by Alex Alata. He facilitated in getting my car insurance, new Mi license plate and stayed with me till I went home with the 2021 Higlander Limited.Aiyad has shown that he cares for the welfare of his customer. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and caring person. I give him a gold star. More
