. Service is great Everyone at deland Nissan is very professional. They are always happy and helpful. That means a lot to me. If you have ever been ignored at a service department then you know what I mean. After every service my car is washed. That is awesome. They give coupons for a future visit which helps. I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience. Thanks guys!! More

Beware of worthless tests I had taken my car to one of the local auto parts stores after the engine light came on. They scanned the car for FREE and told me the error code indi I had taken my car to one of the local auto parts stores after the engine light came on. They scanned the car for FREE and told me the error code indicated to Thermostat was stuck on. So to verify, I took it to DeLand Nissan and told them the result. They said they had to do a full diagnostic and charged me $150. The result was exactly the same...Stuck Thermostat. So basically, they charged me $150 for NOTHING. I have used DeLand Nissan for service both of my Nissans for a couple of years but no more. They have lost a customer for life. More

Great customer service! I was on my way up to Jax from Orlando and needed an oil change. I chose DeLand Nissan for the easy online booking. I was a little confused on where t I was on my way up to Jax from Orlando and needed an oil change. I chose DeLand Nissan for the easy online booking. I was a little confused on where to pull my car up to but the woman inside the service center was very nice and helped me out. Service was quick and streamlined. I would certainly recommend DeLand Nissan’s service center! More

Oil change The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because every time I walk into the door from dropping my car off, I’m never greeted by anyone. Yesterday I The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because every time I walk into the door from dropping my car off, I’m never greeted by anyone. Yesterday I walked in, 5 associates were at the service counter. 1/5 was speaking to another associate. No one greeted me. The last time I went in for an oil change, after 2 minutes of no one acknowledging me, I said “Shall I sit down or is someone going to check me in”? The representative quickly came to serve me. This is something that obviously goes on often as it happened twice to me. It’s only the initial greeting that concerns me. They should have a policy in place as in greeting me at my car or greeting me as I walk in the door. Obviously I’m here for service. On a positive note, this Is the second time that I had Aki take care of me and she is very thorough. The employee who cashed me out was very personable!! Awesome job to her as well. More
