I rate the dealership as excellent because Al Chen was very capable and attentive to what I wanted. I must admit that I was not happy with the factory because it took my reservation months prior to advis very capable and attentive to what I wanted. I must admit that I was not happy with the factory because it took my reservation months prior to advising the dealership to take my deposit on a Denali Ulitimate. The updates and feedback from the factory was non-existent. I will buy again from Crown because I am a GMC truck fan and the Crown team is top notch. More

Al Chen is amazing. He told us straight forward how long we were going to wait for our Yukon and it came in much sooner (which we were excited about). When the Yukon came in we thought we would be at the d we were going to wait for our Yukon and it came in much sooner (which we were excited about). When the Yukon came in we thought we would be at the dealership for hours. Al and Anthony Giusti ( our Finance guy) were amazing. It was such an easy and smooth process.
