I have to say that my Salesperson Al Chen and my Finance Manager Tony are two of the finest people that I have ever worked with when buying a new car or a new truck. Al is a very personable salesperson. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He took the time to show me and explain to me all the different features and options that my New 2024 GMC SIERRA has compared to the 2019 GMC SIERRA that I traded in. (which Crown Buick GMC gave me more money for than I expected) Al is also a very knowledgeable salesperson when it comes to product knowledge and made everything really easy to understand and operate my New Truck. Tony, my Finance Manager was also a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain all the finance options I had and got me a really good interest rate. He made the whole process as easy as it gets! All and all, I give Crown Buick GMC a AAA+++ 5 STAR Rating and I will recommend Al and Tony to anybody looking to buy a new car or truck. More
