The service center sucks you can call no answer is someone does pick up they immediately hang up. Was told my car is at 100,000 mi it's not worth fixing to go buy a new one. went with the transmissio someone does pick up they immediately hang up. So I took my business to Southern Ford where they did an actual diag and come to find out it needed more than a flush they also gave me my Ford discount even though I do not work for them I work for Bowditch. This dealership and the service manager, Al, have always been good to us. My car was inspected and failed the rear brakes check. They replaced the brakes and also found a fluid leak around some seals. Al been good to us. My car was inspected and failed the rear brakes check.
