Stress free looking and buying process My husband and I went into Heiser 2 times before our final (3rd) visit to purchase the vehicle. Each time Al Hussain was professional, not pushy and My husband and I went into Heiser 2 times before our final (3rd) visit to purchase the vehicle. Each time Al Hussain was professional, not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. We originally came in just to look at what was available, we had not purchased a car for 10 years. He let us know what was available in our price range and we test drove a vehicle. He followed up with a call the next business day and was just looking for an update, but made small talk and was not pushy. The next time we came, we wanted to test drive a different trim level of the vehicle and he let us without trying to push us into a sale. After the weekend, we decided that was the vehicle for us and went in to purchase it. Al was fantastic through the whole process. He never got frustrated or pushy and let us shop on our own time. He explained the vehicle thoroughly to us during the test drive and again when we purchased it, which was fantastic. I left feeling like I knew my vehicle's capabilities and safety features. I would definitely recommend Heiser, but more specifically Al! More

Fast and Fair My husband and I just bought a car from Al. We knew what we wanted (Sienna Minivan) and we told him the age, options, etc. We fully intended to buy My husband and I just bought a car from Al. He appraised our van and was able to make an offer that we felt was very fair - all in 35 minutes. He knew we were serious buyers and that we were not going to spend much time getting to know each other or looking at a variety of models. e knew what we wanted and what a fair price should be.
