Kristi is authentic, focuses on customer needs as she guides the buyer through the type of vehicle needed, the specific features and the financial considerations. We highly recommend her to any buyer! A nice touch is having Graham shake your hand when your decision is made. He seems like that special "nephew" who is sincerely grateful that you are in his life. On the evening that we picked up our new Santa Fe, our son and small grandchildren were with us and all employees made our entourage feel welcome - feel like family! More

Everything was thoroughly explained from the new car's features to every question I had about the paperwork that I signed to finish the deal. The entire process was highly professional, friendly, and considerate to my needs as a customer. I was also encouraged by the short amount of time that it took from walking on the lot, taking a test drive, buying the car and then driving it home. Great job everyone! More

She knows the cars, and she didn't push....a great quality. Kristi understood what we needed, and in the end....she delivered. We also saw Al Pellizzeri , Customer Relations Manager. He was extremely helpful, and has a great personality. Both Kristi and Al are huge assets at Family. Paul in Finance was easy to work with, and knows his job. Graham Watson is the General Manager. He leads by example, and you can see how everyone works like a well oiled machine. Our two standouts....Krist and Al are definite assets to Family Hyundai! They made our decision to buy from Family once again, a very easy one. FAMILY HYUNDAI, for us, lives up to their name. Every time we deal with Family....it gets better!!!!! Thanks Family! More

car we came in and were able to find a car that met my needs. It was a little frustrating that all of the cars were located in different spots on the lot we came in and were able to find a car that met my needs. It was a little frustrating that all of the cars were located in different spots on the lot and that we were told to just look around and try to find them. it wasn't easy and we couldn't find all of them. Besides that, it was a great experience. I would reduce the amount of time trying to sell the extras. Al Pellizzeri, who was trying to sell them to us, ended up bashing the quality of the car in the process claiming that the paint wears away and wont last. He showed us a picture of a car after only being owned for 3 months and the paint was in terrible condition. He said that stuff like that happens all the time. Honestly, he made me question if I made the right decision on the my purchase of a hyundai. Also, after I had purchased my car, I realized that they filed my car in the wrong county. Luckily, I noticed it before everything was filed, but it was a nuisance to have to go back to the dealer and frankly some of the employees (not George, he was great) were less than nice about me wanting a reprinted document. The guy handling the finances (Joe Pancini) was rather short with me and acted like I was a nuisance. I did not appreciate that. More
