Disgruntled Customer I walked in at 9am and drove out on my NEW White Santa Fe around 2:30pm. I remember all the details and conversations I had with Frank, Sam, and Tom. I walked in at 9am and drove out on my NEW White Santa Fe around 2:30pm. I remember all the details and conversations I had with Frank, Sam, and Tom. I could I not, it’s not every day I buy a new car! Plus it’s my job to remember the details. Tom told me a 2 day turn around for a remote start and a toll hitch installation, which is why we scheduled my drop off on Thursday after work with anticipation of picking it up on Saturday. This way I could attend family events on my NEW truck! On Saturday midday after I had NOT heard from the dealer I called and spoke with a Mike. Mike said the start engine was done and the truck was there however the 3rd party who installs the toll hitch does not work on Saturday. I thought to myself, umm then why didn’t they do the toll hitch on Friday and the remote start on Saturday. Mike said that the truck would be done on Monday. Again, on Monday after work when I had NOT heard from the dealership I called and again spoke to Mike. Mike said my truck was there however did not know what the status was so he transferred me to AL since Tom was busy. AL and I spoke and Tom followed up with an apology indicating that he was going to discuss the free incentive of weather mats for my truck for the BIG mix up. Tom mentioned he would get back to me on Tuesday with a response. He did NOT get back to me, which is when I called and left both you and Tom a voice message. So it is Wednesday afternoon, and I have yet to hear from either of them on the status of my truck and the free weather mats. Don’t get me wrong I want the installations to be correct but I also want and think I deserve a status call. I financed my NEW truck and yet it is spending almost a week at the dealership 4 days after I bought it. I am incurring interest on something I am not driving. I don’t think that is fair, add to that the lack of communication on the service part puts me at “Disgruntled Customer”. More

George "Skip" keeps us coming back George "Skip" is why we keep coming back to Family Hyundai- Tinley Park. This is our 3rd purchase with Skip. He is always so pleasant and makes us feel at home and part of the Family Hyundai family. We had purchased Fords or Chevy in the past until we decided a few years ago to stop at Family Hyundai and check it out. That was the best thing we ever did. Skip greeted us and was patient with us and didn't give us the normal run around and sales pitch that we were expecting and use to from other dealerships. He kept it real and worked with us. Our first Hyundai was a Sonata and we fell in love with it so much that we went back shortly after and purchased a 2nd one with Skip. We will only see Skip when we go. He keeps us coming back and we recommend our friends and family to go see him. He always greets us when we go in for maintenance and even calls on birthdays and holidays. He is valuable to this place and its a great pleasure to do business with him these past 5 years. AL is also great and keeps our cars to perfection with seal coats and protection and looks out for you . He also greets us every time we see him and lets not leave Collin out from the service dept. He needs to be promoted. Excellent customer service. Joe in finance is a breath of fresh air, so glad to see him there he also was a pleasure to work with. We plan on coming back soon to see Skip to purchase our 4th Hyundai. Thanks guys. I love my new upgrade :) More

We highly recommend her to any buyer! A nice touch is having Graham shake your hand when your decision is made. He seems like that special "nephew" who is sincerely grateful that you are in his life. She knows the cars, and she didn't push....a great quality. Kristi understood what we needed, and in the end....she delivered. We also saw Al Pellizzeri , Customer Relations Manager. He was extremely helpful, and has a great personality. Both Kristi and Al are huge assets at Family. Paul in Finance was easy to work with, and knows his job. Graham Watson is the General Manager. He leads by example, and you can see how everyone works like a well oiled machine. Our two standouts....Krist and Al are definite assets to Family Hyundai! They made our decision to buy from Family once again, a very easy one. FAMILY HYUNDAI, for us, lives up to their name. Every time we deal with Family....it gets better!!!!! Thanks Family! More
