Over the next 14 years, we never had a mechanical failure and the the one time we had a mechanical problem, the service department came to our rescue. They stayed late (after closure time) for one and a half hours to ensure that not only We were satisfied, but they knew it was 100% correct. All this attention to detail, at no extra charge. Recently, we purchased a 2015 ES350 and a 2016 RX350, and could not be happier. Woody, our sales specialist, couldn't have been more cordial and accomodating in helping get the vehicles we wanted. Between the Lexus standards of reliability and Hoffman's proven record of service we are assured of another great experience. You might find a lower price somewhere else, but I would bet that your service level will be as well. More
