Took vehicle in for some repairs and also told Criswell nissan to do oil change . After picking up my vehicle the oil change never got done. So when I called back the day and stated that the oil never got nissan to do oil change . After picking up my vehicle the oil change never got done. So when I called back the day and stated that the oil never got changed I was told yes it was so go up to the dealer and show them the never got changed but I was charged for it the service writer and Service manager both told I wasn't charged for it until I had to them the bill them I told it my fault it never got changed because I told them to change it late that's awful funny they didn't forget to put it on the bill. I demanded a refund for having to take time off of work to come back for their mistakes. Al Ransome is the worst Service Manager. I don't recommend Criswell Nissan of anything I'll never go there again More

The worst biggest scam artist AL Ramsome the service manager. Make sure you read your bill before paying there are hidden fees they'll try to side on your bill. Service department Today 5/6/22 I had a service appt to replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they a replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they approve it they call you to make an appt when the part comes in. Well nissan called me and I made an appt for today and when I got there at nissan criswell after dropping off my car and waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes the service agent asks me that my part did not come in and how was I contacted. Obviously someone stole my part for another customer due to the back log. This is totally unacceptable. More

I was given a loaner car because my car was being service by criswell honda. They gave a car that so dirty and stinky. I asked manager to have car cleaned. Car was given again dirty.
