You guys suck. I called in advance of my appoitment. Went in to my appointment for a new key fob. They reviewed my info and checked me in. Made me wait in the w I called in advance of my appoitment. Later - they came out and handed my original key and said there machine was broken and make anther appt. No one said sorry, or "my bad". More

Noticed on Wednesday loud noise coming from muffler area of car.Took my 2013 Nissan Sentra to Criswell Nissan on Saturday Morning. No Appointment. Arrived at 8:45. Diagnostic was performed (with pictures ta of car.Took my 2013 Nissan Sentra to Criswell Nissan on Saturday Morning. No Appointment. Arrived at 8:45. Diagnostic was performed (with pictures taken on advisor iPhone)my vehicle was missing a bolt connecting the muffler. Need a connector kit. Work was performed very satisfactory. Left dealership at 11:30. All good for now! More
