"Excellent Experience" I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in to Allen Turner Chevrolet. Most notably my salesman, Al Sienko, steered me towards exactly what I was looking for at exactly the price I was looking for - unlike the dealership I had visited the day before that tried hard to sell me a car that was $7,000 over my budget. After all was said and done I drove away with a perfect car that was drawn up with excellent terms. (Far better than I had hoped for.) From Al to the sales manager to the gentleman who had me in his office to sign all the paperwork I felt like I was in great hands, and ultimately I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

They will "Bait and Switch You" I found a car on their website and called right before I made the drive to Crestview to see it. The salesperson I spoke to said yes it was there. I make the drive and when I get there I tell the salesperson I saw a mustang on their website and they try to locate it and said that it was just sold to an auction but they would be more than happy to help me into another vehicle. Convenient! I told them I literally just called and they informed me the car was there, I thanked them for wasting my time and left never to deal with Allen Turner again. Not even a month later the exact same car appears for sale...This company is a crook. Do not trust them and don't waste your time driving out of town regardless of what they say over the phone. I don't remember the person I spoke to on the phone or the person I spoke to in the store. I didn't waste any more of my time after I started to realize what was happening. More
