I make the drive and when I get there I tell the salesperson I saw a mustang on their website and they try to locate it and said that it was just sold to an auction but they would be more than happy to help me into another vehicle. Convenient! I told them I literally just called and they informed me the car was there, I thanked them for wasting my time and left never to deal with Allen Turner again. Not even a month later the exact same car appears for sale...This company is a crook. Do not trust them and don't waste your time driving out of town regardless of what they say over the phone. I don't remember the person I spoke to on the phone or the person I spoke to in the store. I didn't waste any more of my time after I started to realize what was happening. More

One thing, the handle that adjusts the seat was missing the covering, so the handle is just a bare piece of metal. I bought the car the first week of July and called the following day to see if we could get this cover for this handle. Spoke with the salesman and he said he would get back with me. Yet to hear from anyone on this handle. It is now 10/2017. Things like this, can easily make a customer feel that once the money is paid, and you drive off, " Mr who?, needed what? That " one thing" has soured the whole thing. Not sure if any warranty applied, suppose really should have purchased the Ford from Ford. Has some service work set, but cancelled it. Do not know what that was about, and do not recall being told to expect it. I got a good deal on a nice car. I would gladly tell that to anyone. The handle, a small thing, was a "big" thing. More

Amazing Customer Service! I went in looking at a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and because of the negative equity on our current car, we weren't able to get into that particular vehic I went in looking at a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and because of the negative equity on our current car, we weren't able to get into that particular vehicle. The guys at the dealership asked me if I would come in and take a look at the 2017 Trax. I drove it but decided it was to small for us so when I told Al of my concerns, he quickly said "let me see what we can do". After a few moments, he left and came back with a a 2018 Equinox. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle but I was doubtful that they would be able to make it work and keep us in our payment range. The sales person, sales manager and finance manager worked really hard to make it happen and we now own our very first brand new car! These people went above and beyond to make this possible.
